Hockley Kempo System
Hockley Kempo System is a blended martial arts program, which includes the best of traditional striking, grappling and weaponry, taught in a modern and accessible way, suitable for both kids and adults.
Chinese Kenpo is designed as a complete street practical stand-up system of self-defence. It delivers traditional fighting techniques embedded with modern scientific principles. Students will learn a range of techniques which will give them the tools to effectively defend themselves in a wide variety of standing confrontations.
The Filipino Martial Arts cover a wide range of styles and systems, which are most well-known for the use of weaponry. While students learn to be proficient at a number of weapons, including Single Stick, Double Stick, Staff, Knife, Sword, Cane, and Palm Stick, the empty hand techniques are equally efficient and devastating.
We offer more than just martial arts, we also have a complete fitness program running throughout the week. We have fitness classes for both kids and adults including our HIIT PowerFit30 program and our Warrior Workout program , all of which are run by qualified fitness professionals.
Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional, and social) through the regular practice of a range different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.
