Fitness / Yoga

We offer more than just martial arts, we also have a complete fitness program running throughout the week. We have fitness classes for both kids and adults, as well as Yoga classes for adults, all of which are run by qualified fitness professionals.

Our PowerFIT30 program is a 30-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) full body workout class. Using a variety of fitness equipment, participants work out at their own individual fitness level to get fit and have fun. All classes are designed to both support a complete fitness beginner or push even the fittest to their limit. It’s the workout class for everyone.

The Warrior Workout program is a 45-minute high energy, fun, cardio vascular group exercise class which is guaranteed to make you sweat. Participants will take part in both individual and partner exercises, with classes being tailored to suit all fitness levels. Classes include cardio, body-weight, and core exercises, followed up with a short stretch to reduce muscle fatigue and soreness.

Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional, and social) through the regular practice of a range different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.
