Those who have attended a seminar with Master Carlos will know that it will be an even not to be missed, we encourage both beginner and experienced students to attend, and learn from one of the nicest guys in BJJ. Master Carlos is an amazing teacher with a contagious enthusiasm for Jiu-Jitsu, his technical knowledge has incredible depth, and his seminar is guaranteed to leave even the most experienced BJJ practitioners with something new to add to their game.

Master Carlos Machado has over 50 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and is considered by many as a true legend of BJJ. He has received 8 hall-of-fame awards, currently holds a Coral Belt (8th Degree Black Belt), is the head of one of the largest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu organizations in the world and had a successful competition career spanning 34 years. His success has continued throughout his teaching career, being involved with coaching of professional athletes, UFC fighters, and celebrities. Some of his most well-known students include Chuck Norris (who received his BJJ Black Belt from Master Carlos), Keanu Reeves (Master Carlos worked with Keanu during filming of the John Wick movies), and Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson (current Welterweight contender in the UFC).
