CMAA Kenpo & Kung-Fu

CMAA Kenpo & Kung Fu is focused on stand-up empty hand self-defence, drawing on lessons from Kenpo and traditional Kung Fu styles. The art focuses on self defence through techniques, conditioning and sparring, with the end goal of being able to use these skills in a spontaneous and changing environment.

Koshindo Ju-Jitsu is a grappling based self defence focused program, the style focuses on standing self defence, throwing techniques, and ground fighting, with supporting weapons skills.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground-based grappling art, where students learn through a hands-on approach in a fun and physical environment.
